Dr. Toe holds a doctorate degree in physical therapy and has been practicing for over two decades in the outpatient orthopedic rehabilitative setting. She is a dedicated researcher, avid seeker of the truth, health advocate, proud anti-vaxxer, college professor, author, wife, mom, and passionate Jesus follower.

She began The ToeTalks Podcast because she wanted to find a like-minded community in hopes of exchanging ideas, broadcasting truth, finding encouragement, and discovering self-reliance and autonomy in health care.
